Very basic, delicious Hawaiian appetizer

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound ahi, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 2-½ tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced

Directions

Toss ingredients together, and chill. Serve on small toasts or baguette slices.

Notes

This recipe should be consumed quickly. The poke (pronounced 'pokey') will not last beyond 24 hours.
