Ingredients

  • 1 Deep-dish pie crust
  • 2 cups tart apples, cut into 1" pieces
  • 16 ozcan of cranberry sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • Streusel:
    • cup flour
    • ½ cup chopped walnuts
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • ¼ cup butter

Directions

Combine the apples, cranberry sauce, sugar, corn starch and salt to make the filling. Spread the cream cheese in a layer on the bottom of the pie crust, then add the filling.

Make the streusel by combining the dry ingredients, then cutting the butter in to make a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle on the top of the pie filling, then bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
