Ingredients

  • 1 medium Apple, cored
  • 1 whole Kiwi, peel removed
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2 stalks Kale, vein removed
  • ½ whole Orange, peeled
  • 2 cups Almond milk, unsweeted, 30 cal/cup
  • 2 tbsp Flax seed

Directions

Place all ingredients into a VitaMix, or other powerful blender and whip until smooth. Drink immediately.
