Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz. artichoke hearts, 1 can, in water, fully drained and squeezed
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ¼ cup low-fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ whole lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 whole jalapeño chile, finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse to coarse texture. Serve cold with pita chips or flax crackers.
