A stunningly rich appetizer, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz. artichoke hearts, 1 can, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. parmesan cheese, shredded, 1 cup
  • ¼ cup finely-chopped onion

Directions

Mince artichoke hearts, then mix in remaining ingredients. Spread in 8-inch pan, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Slice into 1-inch squares and serve.
