Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons almond, rice or hemp milk
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼-½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Directions

Peel, pit and dice avocado. Combine with remaining ingredients in a food processor and purée until silky smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
