Ingredients

  • 2 cups black beans, cooked
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1-½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.
