A simple side dish

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1-½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 1-½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup frisee leaves
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Toss broccoli and oil with a little salt, and roast 20-25 minutes in a 450-deg oven, stirring occaisionally. Combine vinegar and mustard to make a dressing, and toss with the broccoli and nuts to make a warm salad.
