Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely-chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve immediately over cooked pasta, with grated Parmesan cheese.
