Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. large prawns
  • 1 bottle pale Mexican beer
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup butter

Directions

Marinate the cleaned prawns in remainder of ingredients for at least 2 hours.

Drain prawns (keeping marinade) and sautee quickly in butter until just pink. Add 1/4 cup of marinade to finish the sautee, and serve immediately.
