Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, stem removed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp tumeric or curry powder
  • ¼ cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Clean the head of cauliflower, removing the stem and leaves on the underside. Preheat the oven to 350°F, bring a steamer to temperature and steam the head for 10 minutes.

Mix together remaining ingredients to make a thick sauce. Place the cooked cauliflower in a baking dish, and spoon the sauce over and into the outside of the head, coating it fully. Bake for 10 minutes to lightly brown the glaze, remove from the oven, and cut into servings.
