Ingredients

  • ½ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup oriental sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 8 to 10 boneless chicken breast halves, or a mixture of thighs, legs and breasts

Directions

Whisk vinegar and mustard in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil, then soy sauce. Mix in green onions, chile and ginger. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour. Prepare barbeque (medium heat), and grill the chicken pieces.
