Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup soybean flour
  • 1 cup raw wheat germ
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • ¾ cup honey

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Blend oil and honey together very well in a separate container, then pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

Spread mixture around over two cookie sheets, and bake for 1 hour at 250∫, stirring every 20 minutes. Add raisins or other dried fruit after baking.
