Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk, regular, full fat content
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut sugar

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, and whip for two minutes to dissolve all the sugar. Place in an ice cream freezer, and follow the manufacturer's directions to make the ice cream. Transfer to a suitable container and freeze for two hours before serving.
