Ingredients

  • 1-⅓ cups buttermilk Bisquick
  • (or reg. Bisquick + 1 tbsp sour cream/buttermilk)
  • cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • milk
  • sugar

Directions

Mix bisquick, cranberries, 1/3 cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar together, then knead 8 strokes and form into 4x5" rectangle. Slice diagonally twice to make 4 triangles, and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Brush tops with milk, sprinkle with sugar, and bake 10-12 minutes at 450°F. Makes 4 scones.
