A flexible addition which can be used on fish and chicken dishes as a condiment, or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced dill pickel
  • 1 tablespoon minced capers
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 minced green onions (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients, refrigerate 2 hours or more before serving.
