Ingredients

  • ½ cup paprika
  • cup ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • ¼ cup ground cumin
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper

Directions

Makes about 2 cups of rub, can be stored in a tight container for up to 6 months.
