Ingredients

  • 1-½ cups peeled, chopped fresh tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup seeded, deveined, and finely minced mild/hot chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let stand for about an hour to blend flavors. Use same day it is made. Makes about 2 cups.
