Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 3-½ cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk (5 oz)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream (15 oz?)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bailey's Irish Cream, or other extract, like almond, etc.

Directions

Mix together butter, sugar, milk and salt in a saucepan, bring to a low roiling boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add the chocolate and stir until dissolved.

Carefully stir in the marshmallow cream, then mix in the Bailey's. Pour into a well-greased 10" x 14" pan, freeze for an hour, and score into separate pieces. Keep refrigerated.
