Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp orange flower water

Directions

Warm pomegranate juice in a saucepan over medium heat just until it barely starts to bubble – do not allow it to boil. Remove from burner. Stir in the sugar until the mixture turns clear. Stir in lemon juice and orange-flower water. Let the syrup cool, then bottle and refrigerate.
