Ingredients

  • 3 cups nuts
  • cup orange honey
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • ½ teaspoon orange peel
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix together, and microwave on high for 4-7 minutes. After the first 2-3 minutes, when the honey stars to foam, stir the nuts. Continue to cook until the foaming slows down a bit, indicating that the glaze is thickening. Remove from the microwave, and spread on a cookie sheet to cool and harden.
