Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup kasha (bulgar wheat)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup raspberry jalapeno chipotle relish

Directions

Bring broth to a simmer, melt in the butter, and season with pepper. Mix the egg thoroughly into the kasha, then heat it in another pot until it dries. Stir in the broth, simmer for 4 minutes, then stir in the crumbled goat cheese and jalapeno/chipotle relish. Mix completely. Serve warm or cold.
