Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut away from the seed
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Directions

Blend together, and serve cold.
