Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-½ cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

Cream the oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin in an electric mixer. Sift dry ingredients together, and mix into pumpkin mixture.

Bake in a tube pan at 350°F for one hour. Cool in pan, then turn out onto a serving plate. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
