Ingredients

  • cup fresh rosemary
  • 1-½ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor, mix to a coarse texture, then slowly add olive oil while machine is running.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, and let stand 5 minutes before serving over pasta.
