Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • cup chopped onion
  • 1-½ tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary OR
  • 1-½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1-¼ lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • cup dry white wine

Directions

Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and rosemary, and saute for about 3 minutes until onion is light golden brown. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, increase the heat to high, and add shrimp to skillet. Saute until opaque in the center, about 4 minutes. Add the wine, cook until slightly reduced, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
